Within Person-Centred Counselling, you will find that there are no set rules or strict guidelines. This approach is solely person-centred, meaning it is a non-directive and non-judgmental approach where you always remain in control.
Although counselling cannot “fix” an individual or perform miracles, it can help you gain an understanding of how to live a more fulfilled life after overcoming your challenges and difficulties.
You can regain a life free from hurt, worthlessness, low self-esteem, and other factors that may have hindered you from moving forward and being the person you once were before experiencing trauma.
During our counselling sessions, you will also be given tools to support your journey toward recovery, accessible 24/7 for when you need them.
However, you always have the choice to decide whether to use the tools offered for additional support or simply to receive counselling.
You are in charge and set your own pace during counselling. I will provide professional guidance to support you emotionally and mentally throughout your sessions until you find your own strengths and regain control over your life.
