We kindly ask that clients provide at least 24 hours’ notice if they need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client who may be waiting.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment or failure to attend (no‑shows) may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the session cost.
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can happen. If you experience illness, urgent family matters, or other unavoidable situations, please let us know as soon as possible—late fees may be waived at our discretion.

If we ever need to reschedule an appointment, we will notify you as early as possible and arrange the next available time that suits you.
